CYKL AARNY monster gravel carbon fork

Rigid Carbon Fork Monster Gravel & MTB - Boost 490mm

This rigid fork was engineered to convert MTB frames into Monster Gravel setups, or for building our AARNY monstercross frame, without altering the stock geometry. With a 490 mm axle-to-crown height, it serves as a direct replacement for a 130 mm travel suspension fork at the sag point. Built using Toray T1000 and T800 carbon fiber, it provides maximum structural rigidity under load while maintaining a weight of 660 grams.

Key Features

490 mm Height: Ensures geometry integrity on frames designed for 130 mm travel suspension forks.

Boost MTB Standard: 110x15 mm interface to eliminate lateral flex during high-torque maneuvers.

100% Internal Routing: Clean aesthetic and total protection for the brake hose against external elements.

Massive Tire Clearance: Supports tire widths up to 29" x 2.6" for technical terrain capability.

Mounting System: Replaceable CNC-machined aluminum thru-axle insert for long-term reliability.

Compatibility

The fork features a tapered steerer (56 mm crown) compatible with modern headset standards (1-1/2" to 1-1/8"). Braking performance requires 180 mm direct mount calipers, with compatibility up to 203 mm using the appropriate adapter. Designed exclusively for Boost hubs (110x15 mm).

Switching to a rigid fork requires precise measurement of your current setup's axle-to-crown length. An excessive delta will drastically alter the head tube angle and bike handling. Contact our technical team for assembly validation.
